Installation & Overview
Upgrade your Beretta 92, M9, or compatible 90 Series pistol with a proven red dot mounting solution. This EGW mount replaces the factory rear sight using a dedicated dovetail insert, creating a secure platform for optic installation without slide milling.
Designed for optics using the Docter footprint, this mount supports popular red dots such as the Vortex Venom (open emitter), Vortex Viper, Burris FastFire series, and similar optics.
Machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in matte black hardcoat, this mount provides lightweight strength and dependable performance for carry, range, or duty use.

Installation Notes
Remove factory rear sight
Install dovetail insert from left to right

“Went on just as expected. Tight but not too tight. Mounted a Vortex Venom on it. WOW!!! This helped my accuracy so much, as I was struggling with the stock sights. No problem staying on target with this.”

“My review is mainly of the Help Desk. Have a Beretta 92X, was informed the part I needed was 49279 for Beretta 92. purchased, doesn't fit. My bad in that I misread the small print that it doesn't fit the RDO version of the 92. I have emailed back to ask if there is a proper part or even a refund available, no answers or emails until this request for a review.”

Thanks for the review. We have run into this issue before on our other mounts too. To help resolve this issue or to make customers aware we added a check box that is required before you are able to add the item to your cart. The check box heading and title read I understand this does not fit optics ready pistols I understand this mount does not fit optics ready pistols Hopefully this eliminates further confusion or mis-ordering of this part.
