Simply remove the rear sight on your gun and replace it with our mount in order to mount yourVortex Viper/Venom, Burris FastFire, or Docterred-dot sight. You can take our mount off and replace your rear sight at any time. “Where do I begin? 1. The mounting screws are poor quality. Why would you include hex-head screws? I used a brand new 5/64 bit and my wheeler torque wrench and these button head screws turned like butter- completely rounded off. I also paid for additional hardware. I went to my gun smith who was able to remove the one rounded off head screw that I couldn’t remove by gluing an Allen key to the stripped head.I gave him the extra set of screws that I paid an additional $4. Same thing, he rounded them off as well with his torque wrench but he did have a damaged screw extractor that fit this undersized head screw. He was confused/frustrated as well as to why Torx bit screws of better quality would not have been included especially on an application mounted to a 50 AE. I ended up buying a 50 pack of Torx headed screws for $9 from amazon and absolutely no issues torquing those to the recommended 15 lbs 2. I don’t know if I got “unlucky” but the tolerances were not in spec on this mount. As I was installing the mount the underside that extends over the dovetail was too tight and scraped the hood of my slide. At this point between the screws and the mount I am so frustrated I can not recommend this mount. If I remove the mount I will have to see my damaged slide on a $1800+ handgun. I just hope everything functions properly once I have a chance to go to the range. I had zero function issues with my desert eagle”

“Fit right out of the package! Mounted a truglo tru- tec micro. It increased the shoot-ability about 25 percent. Awesome mount !!!”
