Installation & Overview
The EGW red dot sight mount adapter plate for the SIG Sauer P220 10mm Hunter and P220 Super Match SAO replaces the factory rear sight and allows you to mount popular Docter footprint optics directly to your pistol without permanent slide modification. This mount gives shooters a clean, low-profile way to add a Vortex Venom, Vortex Viper, Burris FastFire or similar optic to compatible SIG P220 models.
Designed for optics using the Docter / Vortex / Burris FastFire footprint, this mount keeps the optic lower than many Picatinny rail adapter setups. That lower mounting position helps maintain a cleaner profile and can improve sight acquisition for range use, hunting applications, target shooting and defensive handgun setups.
Machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in matte black hardcoat anodizing, this mount is built to provide a strong, lightweight and durable optic mounting platform for hard-use SIG Sauer pistols.
EGW red dot mounts are designed to install from left to right with the muzzle facing forward. The dovetail features a progressive taper to allow easier installation while still maintaining a secure fit.
Due to manufacturing tolerances between firearms, minor fitting may be required.

Installation Instructions
Remove the factory rear sight
Install the EGW Sight Mount into the dovetail from left to right
Tighten the set screw if applicable
Place the optic onto the EGW Sight Mount
Apply blue Loctite to the mounting screws
Torque mounting screws to 15 in/lbs
Fitment Notes
This mount installs into the factory rear sight dovetail and uses a progressive taper to help create a secure fit during installation.
Due to manufacturing tolerances between firearms, minor fitting may be required.
