Simply remove the plate on your HD Spitfire Gen II 5x and replace it with our mount in order to mount your Holosun K Series. You can take our mount off and replace the cover plate at any time. Red dot mounting hardware included.Installation Instructions- Remove the cover plate- Install the EGW sight mount and torque the mounting plate screws- Place the red dot sight on the EGW Sight Mount(placing a small piece of paper between the red dot sight and the sight mount will make for easier removal and will keep Loctite off of the red dot sight.)- Apply blue Loctite to the provided mounting screws- Torque red dot mounting screws to 15in/lbs *When re-using the factory cover plate screws, some customers have run into issues with them bottoming out. We have found that the bottom finger of the helicoil inside the theads on the spitfire may be contacting the screw, preventing it from threading in all the way. If you carefully push the finger down and to the side, that should allow the screw to thread all the way in. You can also remove about .010" of material from the bottom of the screw to allwo it to seat.
