“I am very pleased to say that I am very impressed with your mount for the S&W .22 compact. It was easy to install in the rear dovetail sight cutout and is high quality and fits the optic (Holosun 507K) and firearm slide perfectly. I sighted it in and then ran 500 rounds through it. Happy to say it held it's the zero and cycled well using 8 different styles of subsonic ammo with the supressor attached. Should have purchased this years ago. Great customer service, fast response to my email. I hope they come out with a mount for the old school S&W 422 .22 LR pistol so I can put a Holosun 507K on that as well and use it as a supressor gun. Thanks for the great product and good business.”

“Let me start by saying I'm not finished working with the mount. Given that, I had to file the mount's male dove tail just a bit to fit smoothly into the gun site female dove tail. Not a big deal and I finally got the mounting plate and the HS507k x2 red dot mounted. I had shot about 350 rounds of several brands of 22lr 1260 fps ammo through the M&P Compact using iron sites. It took about that many rounds to eliminate a few misfeeds. However when I mounted the red dot and took to the range I started getting multiple misfeeds (stove pipes, failure to feed, etc.). BTW S & W warned that this might happen. So I am in the process of breaking in the gun having fired an additional 450 rounds of 1260 fps ammo. It appears to be getting better but certainly not acceptable. So I am thinking about some options like a lighter recoil spring (S & W was not supportive of that idea). Or making the mounting plate lighter by milling out some material in non-strategic places. I don't know how much weight this will remove. So this issue is up in the air presently. A second issue I am working is that I can not vertically zero even with the red dots adjustment to the max. The point of impact is about 3 inches lower than the point of aim as the best I can do. I have ordered a 1 degree shim plate that I am pretty sure will fix this issue.”

“The dovetail was so loose that I could push it in by hand without my site pusher. The Holosun 507k screws never got to 15 in-lbs. They just keep turning as though maybe stripped but I never even applied the recommended torque. Lastly I already filed off the rear pins as required by EGW so I probably can’t even return it. Very disappointing.”

“This worked great for my m&p22c. I had a crimson trace red dot I got with a different pistol and it mounted up perfectly. Install was a little tight but I got it without too much trouble. Highly recommended.”
