COVER PLATE SCREWS MAY NOT BE INCLUDED
Some EGW red dot mounts are designed to reuse the pistol's original factory cover plate screws. When the original mount did not include screws for attaching the EGW plate to the pistol, this replacement set will not include those screws. EGW may not stock the correct factory cover plate screws for those applications.

Product Overview
This replacement screw set provides the application-specific screws originally supplied with your EGW red dot adapter plate or mount. Depending on the EGW application selected, the set may include the screws used to attach the red dot mount to the pistol as well as the screws used to attach the red dot sight to the EGW mount.
Because EGW manufactures red dot mounts for many different pistols and optic footprints, screw sizes, lengths, thread pitches, and head styles vary by application. Select the exact EGW mount or plate you originally purchased from the dropdown menu. Our shipping department will use that selection to send the appropriate replacement screw set.
The product image is only an example. Your replacement set may contain flat-head, button-head, socket-head, or other screw styles based on the requirements of your selected EGW application.

Factory Cover Plate Screw Applications
Some EGW red dot mounts do not include new screws for attaching the mount to the pistol. For these applications, the original product instructions tell the installer to reuse the pistol's factory cover plate screws.
If EGW did not originally supply the plate-to-pistol screws with your mount, those screws will not be included in this replacement set. EGW may not have the appropriate factory cover plate screws available because those screws were supplied by the firearm manufacturer, not EGW.
The replacement set will still include the applicable screws originally supplied by EGW, including the screws used to mount the compatible red dot sight to the EGW plate.
Gold Cup Replacement Screws
Gold Cup replacement screws are not included in any red dot adapter plate replacement screw set. Gold Cup screws must be purchased separately.

EGW Mounts Only
These screws are intended only for EGW-manufactured red dot adapter plates and mounts. They are not designed or tested for use with red dot plates made by other manufacturers.
Plate thickness, countersink depth, thread pitch, threaded-hole depth, and required screw length can vary between manufacturers. Using these screws with another brand's plate may result in insufficient thread engagement, interference with the firearm, damage to the optic or plate, or an insecure installation.
How to Order the Correct Screw Set
Identify the exact EGW red dot plate or mount you originally purchased.

Our shipping department will send the replacement screws originally supplied for that EGW application.
Do not select an application based only on the appearance of the screws. Similar-looking screws may have different thread pitches, lengths, or head dimensions.
Important Installation Notes
Verify that each screw matches the intended mounting location before installation.
Confirm that the optic sits completely flat against the EGW mount.
Verify that the screws do not bottom out before securing the optic or mount.
Confirm sufficient thread engagement before tightening.
Follow the torque instructions provided with the original EGW mount and optic.
Use thread-locking compound only when instructed by EGW or the optic manufacturer.
Minor differences between optic models may require careful screw-length verification.
