Our Dies are maufactured by Lee Precision. If a die is available online to purchase, it is in stock. Due to high demand the inventory will be fluctuating constantly.Extra decapping pins available here.A must for the serious reloader: EGW offers custom designed, carbide sizing dies that are 0.003" smaller in diameter than typical dies. Not only is it smaller in diameter, the bottom corner is radiused which sizes the case further down. This helps prevent feed failures from cases that bulged near the base during reloading- which is typical of brass fired in Glocks and other loose chambered guns. The dies are made out of carbide. No lubrication needed. Because the carbide is so hard, no lubrication is required on the case. You will find the die will actually burnish the case and improve its appearance. The die will last a lifetime! Screw the full length sizer in until it touches the shellholder and tighten the lock ring finger tight. The decapper is retained by a collet. Should it be overstressed by an obstruction, it simply slides up without damage. To reset, loosen the decapper flush with clamp end and retighten. Considerable torque may be necessary. A 1/2" and 3/4" wrench are required. Undersized Reloading Dies will work with a Dillon Press if they are 550, 650, or 1050. They will not work if they are squared.

The undersizing die assisted with reloads passing the plunk test on my SA 9mm 1911 Target. Apparently, the tight fitting chamber is sensitive case size; new ammo would cycle, but reloads using my Dillon sizing die would frequently not full battery a lot. A lot of of the once fired brass are thru Glocks causing a casing to bulge. Using this die, a Lee Factory Crimp Die, and faster burning powder (Pistol Power), 50 test rounds went without a hiccup; 25 easily passing the plunk test and the other 25 seating with light resistance (didn’t plop out when inverting barrel). Just added a Redding competition seating die to ensure bullet seats straight to further minimize case So far only one round out of 150 had a case bulge that the die could not undersize; an anomaly. Great product.

Don’t generally use LEE anymore. BUT, bought this cause my 9mm loads tend to get a small bulge near the base. Sometimes won’t chamber in my various 9mm’s. Same with my 30 Carbine. This die fixed that. Wish they made one in 30 Carbine.

I could not detect and difference in size compared against Dillion’s standard carbide sizing die. I measured resized cases from both dies and they were identical. I measured the small base and it was the same. Not sure it’s really a small base die

Works great for once-fired range brass purchased in bulk, which would not fit into match-grade threaded barrels reloaded before. Now they fit like new rounds after running them thru the reduced size decapping die. I thought regular brand dies were supposed to bring brass back into factory size, but they didn't work as the reduced size die does. Definitely recommend them.

It might be a little tight, I had about 8% brass wrinkles and bulging cases after the bullet was seated.
