Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, which gives the shooter flexibility when mounting scope rings and other accessories. Our one-piece scope mounts are the obvious choice for hunters and tactical shooters alike. This mount is a Picatinny-style base and compatible with Picatinny or Weaver scope rings. We machine these in our shop using one of our machining centers. After machining, the mounts are tumbled, sand blasted, and Type III anodized for long lasting durability. We recommend:0 MOA - if shooting 0-500 yards20 MOA - if shooting 500-1000 yardsWhen zeroing your rifle with a 20 MOA mount, we recommend zeroing at 200 yards. Installation: We recommend 20 inch lbs of torque and a drip of blue loctite (loctite is available through our website and is sold separately). “Ordered the rail as advertised for a Weatherby 300 Mag 9 lug rifle. Rail showed up in the correct packaging but the rail was either packaged incorrectly or a manufacturing defect. Went to test mount the rail on the action. Could get both of the front holes or both of the rear holes to line up but could not get all four mounting holes to line up. Returned the item for a refund. I was refunded the item cost and original shipping but was not compensated for for the return shipping. I had to cover/eat the costs to return a faulty item. I have no problem covering return shipping for items I choose not to keep but for faulty items return shipping should be taken care of. I did include the return shipping receipt. Used same shipping (same cost) they used to send it to me with no luck.”

“This is my first rail style base and so far so good. My only observation is how much extra material stick out over the forward mount screws onto the contour of the barrel. It is not a bad thing, just caught my eye. If it bugged me too much I would have it cut down. Great instructions (including providing a torque value). Only thing that remains is the "test of time".”

“Love the rail but I would highly recommend changing the screws. The Torx screws provided take a very small Torx head driver. Because it's so small the driver itself ends up stripping with very little pressure. There's just not enough meat on such a small driver to handle the torque needed to tighten the screws properly. Never had this issue with any other rail mainly because they all used larger heads.”
