There is mini challenges to help keep things exciting and the app itself has a great base workout routine for beginners-intermediate experienced people that train which you can either use or add to. There are easy to follow recipes too!”

“The entire program makes working out at the gym or at home very simple with a plan that is set up for the entire 8 weeks. If you don’t like an exercise or have an injury, then you can swap it out. The meal plan is full of delicious and easy options. Like the workout plan, if you don’t like a food item, then swap it out. The app tracks all of your macros for you and has the capability to generate a grocery list for you.”
