“I’m doing Tayla Hicks 8 week challenge & I am seeing the GAINZ!!!!! Especially in my upper body! I started this challenge because I wanted to work on toning up my back & core. I’m currently on week 5 & am seeing results already. Can’t wait to see when I’m done. The workouts aren’t too long too so I’ve been able to stay consistent & get them done every day!!!! Even the rest day optional cardio & abs!!! I love that each day breaks down & focuses on different muscle groups. 10/10 would recommend this challenge! The recipes are convenient too!!! Physically seeing a change is great, but the mentality change is EVERYTHING!!!!”
