“I’ve been trying the Hydreau Sports Hydration in raspberry, and it’s a really convenient way to stay on top of hydration around training. It mixes easily with water and has a strong raspberry flavour. I did find it on the sweeter side, but if you prefer a lighter taste you can easily add a bit more water. It’s great after sweaty runs or gym sessions when you want something that helps replace electrolytes.”
