“There must have been a glitch when I ordered and I didn’t see it until I was able to logon during my lunch break. The rep on chat pretty much said we can’t refund you, you did it on purpose and no one will call or email me back after I asked to speak to a supervisor. I will make sure to let EVERYONE know how horrible the customer service is at the gym and post it for everyone to see and not order again. Absolutely disgusting!”

“The protein powder is great however unsure of if I just picked not a great oxyshred but when I recorded it the container was very sticky and seems like some powder was on the outside which had stuck to it and the peach flavour was not the best”

Thanks so much for getting in touch! We've checked with our product team for clarification about this. When the OxyShred was placed in your container, some of the excess particles landed near the rim of your container.
We then heat-seal the container and what you see is some "melted" particles of OxyShred. It is absolutely fine for you to consume the OxyShred in your container. If there is anything further that we can assist with then please just let me know.

“I used EHPLabs Oxyshred for the first time years ago and loved it! The designing is very inviting and pops! I decided to try them again as I am postpartum with my second child. I tried their Blessed Cookies n Cream protein powder and am very pleased! Its extremely granular, as I expected considering its plant based, so I honestly think it would be better blended into a shake than mixed with mix/water. The flavor is pretty good though! Im excited to try more proteins. I am also INCREDIBLY pleased with the package deals! I think I got a steal of a deal on a package including protein powder, oxyshred, creatine, supergreens, tumbler, and blender bottle as well as an additional tub of supergreens for free!”
