“So far all in all everything has been okay. Products are good. I haven’t had any issues with them. I love the greens, pre workout, and the acetyl carnitine. The only issue I’ve run into is with my first subscription I was supposed to get a shaker bottle, that was never delivered. I reached out they said it was out of stock. Then I got a $ coupon. My NEXT subscription said I was getting a shaker bottle and it still didn’t get delivered because it was “out of stock”. So I find it a little annoying that I keep on getting these offers, but not actually getting them.”

I shouldn’t have to chase down the courier when I’m contacting the merchant for help with an order they shipped. “I recently reached out to EHP about a customer experience issue and it was rectified almost immediately. The response was incredibly thoughtful, and today a generous care package arrived with a few bonus goodies, including the Protein Lean Bar Choc Hazelnut and Jam Filled Lamington.
I’ve avoided protein bars for years because I prefer getting my protein from whole foods, but these genuinely surprised me. They taste like a proper decadent treat, yet each bar has 17g of protein, 7g of fibre and 180 calories.
As a working mum training to get stronger and thinking much more seriously about strength, nutrition and longevity, I’m always looking for things that are convenient without feeling like a compromise.
