“I used EHPLabs Oxyshred for the first time years ago and loved it! The designing is very inviting and pops! I decided to try them again as I am postpartum with my second child. I tried their Blessed Cookies n Cream protein powder and am very pleased! Its extremely granular, as I expected considering its plant based, so I honestly think it would be better blended into a shake than mixed with mix/water. The flavor is pretty good though! “I recently tried the OxyShred Lean Bars and was pleasantly surprised. They’re a great high-protein snack option when you’re on the go or need something quick post-workout. Each bar packs a solid amount of protein while keeping sugar low, which makes it perfect if you’re trying to stay on track with your macros.
The texture is soft with a slight chew, and the flavour is enjoyable without being overly sweet. It actually feels like a treat rather than a “diet” bar. I also love that it keeps me full for a decent amount of time without feeling heavy.
