Sooooooo disappointed with EHPlabs. I’ve been a loyal customer to EHPlabs for many years but I don’t think I will be buying from their website ever ever ever again. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible I ordered a protein bucket and it never even arrived and now I can’t even get in touch with anyone. I’ve payed and it’s still not arrived

Did not tell me it would take 10 business days to dispatch untill after I purchased! The courier is yet to receive the package but they blame to courier for the slow shipping . It’s hasn’t even been picked up by them . Worst online shopping Ive experience. Will not be back . Let me know when it leaves your warehouse . Hopefully I get it by Xmas . What a joke

Postage was very slow and I did contact customer support for update on order and never got a reply also chat bubble on website is gone so where is customer service is none ?

I'm not sure why you would ask for a review when the order has dispatched. I have not recieved the order yet, it has only just been dispatched after chasing EHP. I made the order on 16 November with what I thought was a five day turn-around. When this time frame had been missed I asked for a refund and was told it was "processed" so they couldn't refund me. On 1 December I still hadn't heard anything so I insisted on a refund. I got no response this time but miraculously a dispatch notification appeared.

Black Friday Sale orders estimated dispatch times were up to 14 working days. We understand you received a confirmation email stating the shipping would take 5 working days, which does apply to orders outside of the sale. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I’ve shopped a few times but I’m so over how long it takes for you to ship out anything literally I’m writing this review and not even received my product that I ordered on the 15 November.. contacted CS all I got was I’m so sorry will rush shipment. Only just got notified that been shipped on the first of Dec .. pathetic do better .. will be last time I order .. unhappy customer

I ordered 11/11/25 I still haven’t received it . Email from you to confirm my order , Then finally another email to say there are delays I have had to buy other stock else where . Not happy with your service at all . Looking into finding another company to buy from !!! Still haven’t received my products

Ordered a few tubs of oxyshred. They arrived 1/12/25 and the best before date on one of the tubs is 01/01/2026. Literally one month… to use something that is 60 servings. Extremely disappointing

Horrific service. Over two weeks and my order isn't dispatched. Customer service unhelpful. Provided two different (contradictory) order statuses. Was told my issue would be escalated and a manager would contact me, however 4 days later and no contact. No response via email. Would not order from here. Exceptionally poor experience.

Ordered 2 separate order within space of few minutes one of orders I could track other order had no information what so ever reached out and advised them of this were shocked to why and advised fault on their end also received 2 less products I had ordered still hasn’t been rectified as of yet. Also stated will get a confirmation email within 5 days of my order and didn’t & I had to chase them up on what’s happening

My ordering experience was absolutely appalling! From no response to my emails chasing my delivery to having my order repeatedly cancelled and reordered… pushing my delivery back even further! It took a month for someone to actually look into the problem and refer me to a specialist team. After a MONTH of still not having my order shipped, I ended up cancelling it and getting a refund. I was out of pocket having to buy products from another supplier because I was waiting for my order. I will never order from this company again and have now switched to Muscle Nation for all my supp supplies. For such a large company, the ordering process and customer service was dismal to say the least. And there isn’t even a phone number you can call to speak to anyone. If there is a number you can’t find it anywhere. This seriously needs to be sorted out. You have lost a customer that was spending over $400 on products.
