“There was no notification about my order until I sent in a query, because it had been 11 days with no order update. Turned out 1 item was out of stock, so I’m unsure why I wasn’t informed shortly after the order was placed and confirmed. I appreciated the replacement, and fast postage once sorted. These are the best tasting products I’ve come across in many years of trying different things. No strange after tastes or headaches etc from the Oxyshred and hydreau. “The web site is easy to use and order from. How ever it advertises deals and when u search flavours you only will have 1 to 2 listed not the whole range. Delivery is very slow over a week and still waiting. I also am fast rated that I ordered three flavours, and you ran out of the flavours so doubled up on the same. Did not see an email till days later saying I had 24 hours to get back to the company to change. But it was too late. Just more frustrating than any thing”
