The protein powder is great however unsure of if I just picked not a great oxyshred but when I recorded it the container was very sticky and seems like some powder was on the outside which had stuck to it and the peach flavour was not the best

Hi Quinlan, Thanks so much for getting in touch! We've checked with our product team for clarification about this. When the OxyShred was placed in your container, some of the excess particles landed near the rim of your container. We then heat-seal the container and what you see is some "melted" particles of OxyShred. It is absolutely fine for you to consume the OxyShred in your container. i love there oxyshred but when i got the caffeinated version - normal and hard core they didn’t really have a flavour or taste like what they were advertised as, where as my non stim has so much flavour and taste as they are advertised, i also got the pineapple oxygreens and personally didnt like the flavour.

Very disappointed as to how long my order took to ship I now need an oxyshred as I’m almost out and my order won’t be here for a week and a half 😞

It’s been 11 days and my delivery of energy still hasn’t arrived. I live in Melbourne not regional so this is a very like a long wait.

Very unhapppy with last order as despatchment process & communiction not very good. Goods still in transit at 20 days since order placed.

There was no notification about my order until I sent in a query, because it had been 11 days with no order update. Turned out 1 item was out of stock, so I’m unsure why I wasn’t informed shortly after the order was placed and confirmed. I appreciated the replacement, and fast postage once sorted. These are the best tasting products I’ve come across in many years of trying different things. No strange after tastes or headaches etc from the Oxyshred and hydreau. Please continue the pina coladas!!! Thank you.

The web site is easy to use and order from. How ever it advertises deals and when u search flavours you only will have 1 to 2 listed not the whole range. Delivery is very slow over a week and still waiting. I also am fast rated that I ordered three flavours, and you ran out of the flavours so doubled up on the same. Did not see an email till days later saying I had 24 hours to get back to the company to change. But it was too late. Just more frustrating than any thing
