“I'm not sure why you would ask for a review when the order has dispatched. I have not recieved the order yet, it has only just been dispatched after chasing EHP. I made the order on 16 November with what I thought was a five day turn-around. When this time frame had been missed I asked for a refund and was told it was "processed" so they couldn't refund me. On 1 December I still hadn't heard anything so I insisted on a refund. I got no response this time but miraculously a dispatch notification appeared.”

Black Friday Sale orders estimated dispatch times were up to 14 working days. We understand you received a confirmation email stating the shipping would take 5 working days, which does apply to orders outside of the sale. Apologies for the inconvenience.

“I love the products of EHP labs, however I feel let down by my recent order. I understand with black friday sales, many orders would pile in. However, I placed an order on the 16th of November and have not heard anything about the progress of my order. I recieved an apology email 5 days ago (assumingly sent to many) about the delay and that it would be on the way shortly. Still no email or update about my order, not even a confimation. My link to my order has also now expired so am unable to access the details.”
