“Horrific service. Over two weeks and my order isn't dispatched. Customer service unhelpful. Provided two different (contradictory) order statuses. Was told my issue would be escalated and a manager would contact me, however 4 days later and no contact. No response via email. Would not order from here. Exceptionally poor experience.”

“Ordered 2 separate order within space of few minutes one of orders I could track other order had no information what so ever reached out and advised them of this were shocked to why and advised fault on their end also received 2 less products I had ordered still hasn’t been rectified as of yet.
Also stated will get a confirmation email within 5 days of my order and didn’t & I had to chase them up on what’s happening”

“My ordering experience was absolutely appalling! From no response to my emails chasing my delivery to having my order repeatedly cancelled and reordered… pushing my delivery back even further! It took a month for someone to actually look into the problem and refer me to a specialist team. After a MONTH of still not having my order shipped, I ended up cancelling it and getting a refund. I was out of pocket having to buy products from another supplier because I was waiting for my order.
I will never order from this company again and have now switched to Muscle Nation for all my supp supplies.
For such a large company, the ordering process and customer service was dismal to say the least. And there isn’t even a phone number you can call to speak to anyone. If there is a number you can’t find it anywhere. This seriously needs to be sorted out. You have lost a customer that was spending over $400 on products.”

“Ordered on Black Friday and had to wait 12 days before it shipped out. Product has been very good in the past but waiting this long for the product even at cheaper price makes me question if it's worth the buy.”

“I ordered to my old address which is my fault, i acknowledge ledge that. Upon noticing within minutes I contacted and advised of this mistake. I was told this was not something that could be changed (despite what the website help section says) and that I would need to contact auspost. When I contact auspost I was advised that only the merchant could change the address. Extremely frustrating.”

There is a limited window to make changes on our side however, if you were not able to get the package rerouted with the courier, please share your order number and any tracking details so we can arrange a reshipment.
