We thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour and had wonderful tour guides Maria and AJ. They were so kind and made it so much fun. The Segways were so much fun to ride and easy to operate after instruction. The only thing to watch out for is when you're stepping off the Segway and it starts rolling back into you. It would be nice if they were made to just stand up straight when you let go of the handle without rolling back, but this wasn't the staff's fault. It's just the way the Segways are apparently made. Overall, we were thrilled with the tour. Thank you for a wonderful day! We can't wait to come back and bring more people!

Great stuff. You are able to see and hear about places at the right pace and with minimal effort while riding a Segway. Not only is riding the Segway fun to do, you also can go places and cover areas not normally done if in a bus, car, or on foot. I've visited SF wharf at least 2 dozen time, over the last 25 years, but on this tour, I learned at least 6 new things and saw at least 6 new areas I've not seen or heard before. The guides do a wonderful job, and are knowledgeable. Electric Bike Tour folks and organization were great. I've not gone with any other company, so have nothing to compare.

It was fun both as a tour (lots of interesting and creative facts about San Francisco) and as a Segway ride (at one point we got to really ride). The tour guide was good, and funny, and watchful of our safety in a non-intrusive way. The lesson and video up front are fine, and just the right level to make you feel comfortable riding without feeling bored that the tour hasn't begun. There is no restroom at the location where the tour begins, so be conscious of that before you get there. And the tour guide communicates easily with everyone even as we spread out by using remote microphone, but with the wind and other glitches it was sometimes tough to understand him (but most of the time was fine). I did like the little pins and certificates and such, and the guide was more than willing to take our pictures where and when we wanted, so we didn't have to worry about trying to do so ourselves (as novice riders). The only thing I might ask them to change is to clean out the last person's hair strands from the helmet a bit better before you give it to the next customer, but honestly, that was just a little joke we had among ourselves and didn't really bother anyone much. A great tour, a good price, and a fun experience first time on a Segway. Brandon was cool.

We all had a great experience. Our tour guide, Cody, was very entertaining and made us feel comfortable and safe the entire time. Would definitely ask for him again if we did the tour.

My teenage son and I had a blast on this tour!!! Cody was our tour guide, and he was great fun. He made sure we were all safe, was a great narrator of sites and history we encountered, and was an overall funny guy. I would recommend this tour to anyone who asked. Our one complaint: the portable radios they supply had some issues at the end of the tour. I'm not certain whether it was due to all of the wind in our guides mic, or the fact that we were in the back of the pack. It wasn't a big deal though, as we were still having a lot of fun.

First time on Segway, it was a blast. Been to the wharf area 100 times, but different gliding through on the Segway!
