Was the best tour I've ever been on, beat out Angels & Demons tour in Rome that was great. Dan did an amazing and extremely entertaining job! While pointing out the sites, he kept an eye on the traffic around us and kept us safe. We were here as part of a large convention and told everyone what a great time we had

Segways are a great way to get into places where tour buses and bike tours can't deal with easily. It's sort of like a walking tour except you can cover a lot more territory. Honestly, though, the experience has deteriorated a bit as Segways have "caught on." Tour guides tend to be a bit frazzled dealing with the "one or two in every group" who seem determined to kill themselves. Also, beware, this company advertises a $10 flat rate parking special at the Anchorage Garage. The payment machines at this garage didn't recognize the validation sticker and the regular rate is $32. Since this is an unattended facility there's no choice but to pay the full price if you want your car back. The company's response when I contacted them about this is that their employees probably didn't attach the sticker correctly and that they were "sincerely sorry." Oh. Kay...
