And you won’t miss a word of our tour guides’ entertaining narration because every guest gets a radio receiver and earbuds. San Francisco is full of awesome views and remarkable stories, and a Segway tour is the best way to enjoy both! We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“Our guide was professional, excellent in skill, interesting, and funny. The instruction was throughout and was very much appreciated. We wished that the tour was longer or contained different levels or different routes. We hope that is in the future of Gateway tours. Because we visited San Fran many times, we were always looking for more interesting stories from local guides. Overall, it was an enjoyable and fun tour and we had an excellent time. Thank you for the great job and service. I would highly recommend you.”

“Our tour guide was wonderful. He was firm about the safety rules and made us dance with our segway's on the wharf. It was fun and we are really looking forward to doing this again.”
