We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“The tour was great!!! Training was very extensive which helped operating the machine with ease when we started the tour. The guide was very informative with a lot of humor. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and discovered a lot of places in the wharf I never knew existed. What a treat! Thank you very much for the great experience,”

“We took the Gilligan’s Island namesake “3 Hour Tour” today. I’ll barely refrain from comments about Ginger’s particular role, here. :-) The tour is $70 per person and from our perspective, worth every penny; and it’s not just for tourists! If you’ve ever wanted to check out the Seqway Personal Transportation System, this is a great way to go for an extended test drive in real world conditions. Our tour guide was Chris and he did an outstanding job. He provided an impressive amount of local information and folklore. Several of our tour-mates were probably into their mid 50’s to mid 60’s which was awesome. All mastered the Segway within the 30 minute training period provided and were “turning 360’s” with no problem. Riding a Segway is probably appropriate for any adult between the ages of 8 and 80, given the minimum dexterity to step off the device in the case of unexpected circumstance. Overall, the entire experience at SF Electric Tour Company was extremely well structured and executed.”
