San Francisco is full of awesome views and remarkable stories, and a Segway tour is the best way to enjoy both! We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“I saw it online and it was too good to resist. My husband, 20 year old daughter, 18 year old son and I had a great time. I want to do the Segway Tour in any city we visit where it is available. Go out of your way to experience this.”

“We were extremely pleased all the way around with our tour. Everything form the good humor to the safety instruction was excellent. One person in our group (me!) was pretty anxious, and they put us all to ease and made the training fun and easy. I have recommended the SF Segway Tour to many of my friends and will definitely recommend it to more. It was fantastic!”

“A friend had suggested your tour and I'm so glad she did! We were able to see so much more in a few hours on the Segway than we would have been able to had we tried to walk it. Amy, our guide, was upbeat, funny and informative and the staff's concern for safety and ease of operation by each Segway rider was above the norm. I will definitely recommend this tour and hope to come back soon for the Advanced Tour!”

“Really fun way to see an old city like San Francisco. Unlike a tour bus or boat, the Segway allows the visitor to travel down narrow passageways, like the piers, boardwalks and the walkway around the old fisherman's chapel on the pier. But you can cover much more ground than a walking tour. It also allows you to "feel" the hilly terrain more than one would in a bus, but without the exhaustion of walking it. The one thing that was a little tricky was the tour starts at a slow speed (4 miles an hour) and then speeds up. I liked the slower speed, but after some extra practice out on one of the piers, felt OK about the increased speed. Our tour guide, who was a graphic designer as well, was extremely understanding and patient and I would do it again in a NY minute.”
