Had a wonderful time with Kyle our tour guide. He was always attentive both to the group and to the traffic, and guided us carefully through the tour. I'm eager to do the advanced tour on my next trip to San Francisco.

This was the most fun we had during our recent short stay in San Francisco. We booked a morning tour which was due to start at 10:30am. However, you are asked to arrive 15 mins early so that you can go through a brief training routine to familiarize yourself with the Segway. We were fortunate as there was only 3 people in our group; My wife, myself, and a young man from Manhattan. None of us had ridden segways before, but our tour guide, TJ, soon had us up to speed in how to safely handle them. With the training over, we were soon out on the streets of San Francisco taking in the sights. TJ is in communication with the group via an intercom and gives a full narration as you ride the wonderful machines. There was a brief stop for a comfort break and refreshments, but we were all keen to get back on the segs. The law states that you must only ride on the roads, not the pavement (sidewalk). Our first thought was that it may be dangerous, but we didn't feel unsafe at all throughout the tour. We are a middle-aged couple, not young thrill-seekers, yet we took to the segways very easily. You will not regret doing the Segway tour. It is a wonderful experience, made even better if you get TJ as your guide...he is a great young fella with a dry - but contagious - sense of humour. You and your team are doing a great job...thanks for giving us memories to treasure.

Great Experience.... I took my 12 year old daughter who has no road sense (and being from Australia travelling on the wrong side of the road), my 15 year old son and my wife who was only going to wave us off and is not even very confident on a push bike and myself who was quietly packing it also, I mean taking on the hills and traffic in San Francisco, it was pretty daunting, however Katie our guide was absolutely brilliant and had us enjoying ourselves, the Segways and this great city within no time. I would recommend these guys if you want a great tour, confident guide and a fantastic experience.
