Our tours are fun, informative, and include thorough Segway rider training (in 11 languages!) before departure so you can be gliding through the city in no time. And you won’t miss a word of our tour guides’ entertaining narration because every guest gets a radio receiver and earbuds. San Francisco is full of awesome views and remarkable stories, and a Segway tour is the best way to enjoy both! We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“I booked the tour completely online for my family of 6. My family from India was visiting, in particular my niece and her new husband were on their honeymoon. I wanted to find something fun, safe and worth the time. I did not go on the tour. However, my family could not stop talking about the tour, the route, the training and the excellent tour guide, CAMERON. My brother also accompanied them and he is learning disabled. Cameron took extra special care of my brother and never once told him he couldn't do something (and I am a healthcare attorney so I am very aware of accommodations and limitations for disabled individuals). My family was thrilled after going on this tour. They loved the extensive route, the excellent information and attention from Cameron, the Segways themselves, the confidence that Cameron had in each of them to actually maneuver in San Francisco and the amount of time given for the tour. This tour was the highlight of their vacation--and we have gone everywhere--Vegas, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Disneyland, Universal Studios, 101 drive up the CA coast, San Diego. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the service, training, attention to detail, caring for my brother in order for him to be able to participate in something that he cannot do on a normal basis, and tour route. Fun, fun, fun is what my family says every time they talk about the tour. Thank you!”

“Jack, our guide, was great! He navigated us through traffic and the hilly route with a great deal of attention to safety. The training by staff was very professional and they made it lighthearted and fun.”

“My husband and I have wanted to try segways for years. This was definitely the tour company to choose! Devo and Dan are excellent instructors and made us all feel comfortable and at ease. They were patient and fun, fun, fun! We plan to take the other tours they provide and we can't wait for our next adventure! All of their staff were terrific! We miss you already!”

“Wow - we loved this Segway trip - it was one of the highlights of our trip to USA. Our guide Devo was absolutely fantastic and made the tour soooo much fun. He was informative, helpful and we were genuinely impressed with his service. Give the guy a wage rise!!!! The Segways were easier than expected to use and we felt safe and confident using them. Thank you San Francisco Segway - our family will be talking about this trip for a long time! :-)”
