Golden Gate Park is beautiful, and has great potential as a Segway Tour site. Sadly, we stopped too many times standing in place on the Segway to listen to our guide, rather than him narrating as we toured. Tour only included the Eastern third of the park, which was not disclosed in the tour description. So much more we could have seen. Also too much time standing around while one person at a time went through training.

I would highly recommend touring Golden Gate Park via Segway. It's a great way to see the park, the tour guide is full of fun and interesting facts, and riding the Segway was fun. The training was excellent for first time riders.

Tour guides were skilled and hilarious. They did an excellent job of providing extra one on one help during the training when needed. Everybody felt safe and confident before we left on the tour. The whole family loved it!

My grandson who is 12, and myself who, I hate to admit is 67. We absolutely loved this tour. We got an in depth safety course at least 45 minutes prior to the actual tour. It was informative, built our confidence and was humorous at the same time. Our particular guide was Sierra, and what a fantastic, observant, informative and hilarious guide she was. She was such a delight I didn't want the tour to end regardless of the fact that I was frozen to death from the fog and wind. I cannot rave about her Enough, regardless of the fact that others in the tour, perhaps because they were from other cultures, or perhaps just because they were crabby and didn't like to laugh, she kept her energy high, her attitude positive and she kept Miles and I in stitches. I truly may need to come back to San Francisco from Florida just to retake her your. I have already given the name of your tour company to many people who are vacationing here now, but also thought many people who live here full time. Of course, I also make sure they specifically ask to be of Sierra 's tour. Sorry, but she was the highlight of our vacation. Miles has not stopped talking about it ?? well done Electric Tour Co... San Francisco Segway Tour. ????

Jeff was our tour guide and he was wonderful. He had us trained in about 10 minutes. Our safety was his top priority. He gave us a great tour through Golden Gate Park. We took an early morning tour. It was just me and my wife. I was impressed he would do that and not have us moved to another group and time. Jeff is very informative and has a great sense of humor. It is the best way to tour the park.
