And you won’t miss a word of our tour guides’ entertaining narration because every guest gets a radio receiver and earbuds. San Francisco is full of awesome views and remarkable stories, and a Segway tour is the best way to enjoy both! We offer 1.5 and 2.5 hour fully-guided and narrated Segway tours of the waterfront, North Beach, Chinatown, and Golden Gate Park. Choose from 7 breathtaking routes with frequent daily and evening departures. Every tour leaves from one of two convenient start locations: Fisherman's Wharf or Golden Gate Park. Segway riders must be over age 12 and weigh between 100-250 lbs (45-113kg).

“Fantastic, fun way to spend a few hours - we toured the Golden Gate Park. Our guide (Sierra) was very enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable, and significantly contributed to the overall experience. We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a really great time, thanks.”

“We were afraid it was going to rain, but it turned out to be a beautiful day. Sierra was a tour guide extraordinaire, very thorough training, so we were comfortable from the beginning, and she was very entertaining and enthusiastic, made for a very good afternoon, and felt we got to see everything a person should see in the park.”

“The training was excellent and made us feel confident and capable. Our tour guide, Kelly, made the tour outstanding! He was encouraging, patient, and articulate. He gave us interesting information about GG Park with genuine enthusiasm and appreciation, never sounding canned. He provided excellent photo ops, and frequently took pictures for us. We can't wait to go back for another tour!”

“We've taken Segway tours in a few areas and through other companies. Based on our experiences, The Electric Tour Company's operation was wonderful from start to finish. Even before the tour began, we received two phone calls from the company to give us a heads up that parking might be a challenge due to another huge event at Golden Gate Park that day. The training was the best we've ever seen. Thorough, fun, and easy-to-follow.”
