Chelsea was fabulous! I had done the Golden Gate Tour on Friday (yea Kevin) and immediately jumped on the phone to schedule this tour the next day. I am so fired to take other tours in other places, but I fear none can compare with this one--with Chelsea and Lombard St., twice, thank you, it was just the best. And by the way, and I didn't tell anyone this--I am 67. This is the most fun since snowskiing in the 70's and 80's.

This was the best part of my vacation in San Francisco, including wine country! I had a blast and once you get the hang of it, you're addicted. We couldn't have asked for better weather on our tour! I've been to San Francisco several times, but we went to places that I had no idea existed and learned even more about San Fran from our tour guide. So fun and interesting, I will do this EVERY time I go to a city that offers these tours, but I don't know how any of them will compare to San Francisco's crazy hills! Thanks for a great experience :)

Unforutanetly, due to the wind, you could hardly hear a word that the tour guide was saying. I'm not sure that would be different with other tours. I was a little disappointed that we had more than 8 riders. I believe the tour information indicates that 8 would be the max. I did enjoy the experience very much. Dan, our tour guide, was very professional and handled a "fall" on our tour very well. The back-up crew was there VERY quickly and that was very appreciated. Thank you for a very FUN time!

Here's my review as posted to Trip Advisor After doing the 4hr Golden Gate Park tour last year, we were keen to have some more adventurous fun on the segways - and our past experience with the super friendly instructors and guides of the ETC made them our first choice to take on their Hills tour. While pitched at advanced riders, if you've just done one your and felt good on a Segway, this isn't as hardcore as some of their literature makes out... But it does make for one of the best ways to see the city's unique streets and buildings. Under the instruction of our guide Kristen, Mark and I were the only two on the tour which gave it a brilliantly personal feeling. Instantly clicked with the Kristen, wi her city knowledge and sense of fun, and being reunited with the segways and we were off with confidence. There are a few techniques to learn to deal with the hills, and we were enjoying the sights in no time - out on the pier, up Russian Hill, down Lomard's crooked cobbledstone road and up to Coit tower. We were seeing some of th city's sights in a way that you can't easily or foot and beats taking the car any day. The tour ran a full 2 and half hours, and though we were ahead of schedule, Kristen added some extra routes for us to make the most of the time. Having been coming to SF for 20 years for work and pleasure, this is definitely my favorite and most highly recommmend attraction the city has to offer. Now all we need is for the ETC to add a fresh tour and route for next years.

I was a bit apprehensive about riding down Lombard St, but Kristen was wonderful. She offered to guide my Segway to help me feel more comfortable. She was a delightful guide and made our tour a fabulous experience!
