“Although the cotton on this T feels as soft as the black one I bought, it’s not as thick, and doesn’t hold its shape as well. Was told the lighter cloth was because of the colour and the manufacturing process. Doesn’t feel like a £30+ T. Was going to send it back but never found time so kept it. Regret that now as I’d have another black one.”

I've just checked our customer service log and can see that we explained how the manufacturing process of the marl colours differs to the block colours and can make the fabric have a slightly lighter feel. As a reminder, this is because the block colours are dyed once the fabric has been knitted, but with the marl two separate yarns are dyed then the fabric is knitted.
The fabric is technically exactly the same and performs the same in wear and wash.
I see also from the customer service ticket that we said we were more than happy to exg=hange or refund.
We clearly don't agree that this warrants the review you've left but leave it open for you to reply to the ail we have just sent you to resolve further.
