Am going to attempt to resolve via PayPal - most disappointing when you buy a sustainable guaranteed brand and then are unable to seek redress…”

That’s all fine you spend a good amount of time in aspiring to be perceived as a cool brand but please focus operations on delivery and communication to helping the customer. The T-shirts are very nice indeed when you are lucky to received them.”
“The T-shirt is well made though tighter under the arms than I had hoped. This was my first order so I ordered a large also. Both are good though I’m more likely to wear the medium as a layer underneath a jumper or shirt in cooler months rather than as the only layer.”
