“We love our mattress and hope it lasts a long time! There was no pressure salesman like other stores we shopped. Our sales person was so very friendly and helpful. Would love to know if he or his family was affiliated with Orders Mattress Company 20 plus years ago, as I was in the forklift business and did business with Orders Mattress. Was very impressed with their facility. Would definitely recommend this company!”

“So far so good. Has great support and is actually firm very firm.. edge support is the best I've seen. I've been looking for a firm mattress for 2 years now and I think i finally found it!!, i do have a regret though I wish I would have tried the normal firm and not the extra.”

“I’m very pleased with the mattress. It took about 2 weeks for my body to get used to it but that’s my fault for not replacing my old mattress sooner. The people that work there are really nice and helpful. Will buy from them again.”

“Great so far. Nice and firm but still soft enough on top. For any position or weight. My wife is petite side sleeper and she likes it, I’m a large stomach sleeper and it’s great for me too. Did a bunch of research and I think this one wins in the extra firm hybrid category. Only word of warning is it’s pretty difficult to get the mattress out of the super tight shrink wrap it comes rolled in. We had to try really hard to not cut the mattress fabric as we carefully inched our way across the packaging with scissors. When we got about 80% of the way across, the mattress exploded out of the packaging and bashed my wife in the face and knocked her over in an awkward position and she injured her hand and arm. So that wasn’t awesome. Would be great if they added some instructions or warnings about the best way to open for both personal and product safety. And maybe include some kind of quick-tear strip that can be used to open the package without cutting and risk damaging the product. We love the ged, but a bed in a box is not as easy as getting a regular old fashioned un-rolled mattress delivered, and without the option of white glove set up and removal of the old mattress it’s not as convenient. I’d say you get what you pay for in that regard. I would have paid more for the extra service if that had been an option. But super happy with the mattress. Hopefully it holds up for 7-10 years with the dual sided flipping possibility.”

“I know ordering a mattress w/o laying on it is almost unthinkable. But my past experience of trying before I bought in a store have been complete failures and I purchased top of the line brands. I did do a lot of research and read all the company reviews and everything I could find on line about Engineered and the Classic Hybrid and the whole experience was remarkable. Ryan took and spent a lot of time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. I felt confident enough to make multiple mattress purchases and buy the protectors, pillows and all and have zero regrets. I have NEVER slept so well in my life. I am now able to sleep completely straight through the night getting 7-8 hrs sleep. All of my body is completely supported as each area needs and I go out to sleep quickly and deeply. I do not sink into the mattress, (as was my experience with my previous purchases) it forms perfectly to my form, including very muscular legs as well and areas that are not so muscular. Also a BIG difference, I always have felt the buttons a top my previous mattresses, even through thicker mattress protectors. All my problems have been solved and my husband says his back problems are solved as well. Absolutely no problems, issues or concerns. We're a month into our purchase, just rotated as recommened. The best purchases I've made and experience had that I can remember. Job well done.”
