“We are loving this new mattress from the very first night we unboxed it. No off gasing at all. It is so comfortable and is holding up very well. I am a bit on the heavy side at 170 lbs and my husband is over 265 lbs and when we move there is little disturbance to the other side. We were like a comedian group trying to get the box up the stairs, we are on the older side of life. So handles on the box would've been helpful. We had to wait a few days before we could switch out the old mattress with the new one and when cutting open the plastic we were a bit apprehensive as the mattress was already expanding out of the end of the box before we even had it out of the box. But, thankfully it didn't explode like we had seen on some videos. We let it flatten and grow over the rest of the day and that evening had the best sleep we've had in a long time! We are happy that we will be able to flip this mattress over as needed to help to keep it in better shape. I personally wish it had handles on the bottom and top as I think it would be easier to handle for me being a vertically challenged person. Carrying a mattress from one place to another cannot be done with the matress being held horizontally so handles on the sides are not usable unless you are 8 feet tall. Thank you for a great product and very quick shipping, it also arrived much sooner than we thought it would.”

“This is a very solid and supportive mattress. I bought an Avocado organic mattress a year ago, and it has completely collapsed. They won't back their warranty. This mattress is firm just like I ordered and I look forward to many years of service from it.”

“What sold me on this mattress was the video on YouTube as well as the price and using Texas pocket coils. I thought that being an extra-firm it would not sag, especially not so soon, but it was very soon after receiving upon laying on my side, I find my hips going down. It was not exactly how the guy was in the video (I'm 5'9", 145 lb) maybe he's smaller? I've tried flipping and turning it (not the easiest by myself, female 61 years old). It's okay, but I do wake up often and find myself moving trying to find a comfortable spot and turning from side to side to alleviate hip pain. I don't know whether to return or not. I mostly worry about after my 3 months ends (it hasn't been a month yet). How is the mattress going to feel a year or 2 from now? The pluses were that they answered all my questions and were very kind when first deciding to buy or not and it arrived in a timely manner. They also said in the email to wait "an hour or so" for the bed to inflate after taking out of the box. I waited 2 hours. Did that have an effect?”

“After 9 days in Europe, staying in 3 different hotels, all 3 had very firm mattresses; my wife and I noticed we didn't wake up from back pain. If the help of ChatGPT, I was able to identify 3 companies that provided flippable, spring based , very firm mattresses. After 20 mins of reviewing each company's website and product offerings; one bubbled to the top. My wife and I have now slept on the mattress for 12 days. Mattress is very firm as detailed in the description. Back pain has disappeared. Shopping was prompt and I was able to track progress at all times.”
