“When I ordered the firmware for my Genos 2 .I tried 3 times to order it,each time it came back my ordered had not been accepted.then on the Monday I got a phone call from themto tell me I had ordered the usb 3 times,the lady I spoke too, said she had cancelled two of my orders and there would be a refund.And she would post the third one too me ,which I have recieved,I cant thank her enough.The firmware stick was easy to install so very happy with the service,many thanks.”
