“The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. My only minor complaint is with the delivery process. The courier delivered the box on a pallet. He would not put the box in the door- flat out refused. The box weighed 93 kg and I had to call a friend to help move it inside the house. He also did not take the pallet back which now I have to find a way to dispose of. This was not explained to me during the ordering process. CSP255 is a great instrument. I can download PDFs of music on my phone and when I connect it to the instrument, it shows me stream lights to help learn the song. Amazing tech and effortless! Great instrument! I would recommend epianos for Yamaha pianos. They also have a very good website and helpful videos on YouTube explaining the features and capabilities of various models. Just be sure to ask them what to expect from the courier.”
