“The team at E-pianos were responsive and helped me resolve my challenges. They had to be involved with my purchase to make it work...it was software. Being overseas, the purchase process was a bit cumbersome. I had to get the payment wired from my bank to theirs, which took some effort, time and cost. So.....it took some effort on both our parts to make this all work, but in the end it did.”
