“I like that it was a quick and reliable service with lots of support on hand from the sales team, the courier was a bit difficult to deal with my parcel had to be delivered over two separate days to receive the full package that I ordered as for some reason they did not deliver it all in one go. I am very happy with my purchase and I'm really enjoying using it. I know that the team at the shop are on hand if needed”

“The customer service and advice was first class! They were very patient with me and gave me the information that helped me to decide what was the best keyboard to select after a very long exchanges of emails. They helped me to identify what were the important features that I needed from a keyboard. “Advertised as damaged new, they provided numerous photos of all damage in a very honest way so that the customer knows exactly what they are buying. I was also assured that the two year warranty was still intact. I am very happy with this keyboard.”
