“The color is beautiful and the wig feels great... well the pieces that I can actually feel properly. The wig came extremely tangled. Right when I pulled it out of the netting I release the wig like I normally do for all of my wigs and it just started to tangle like no other. Now I praise myself on how I’m very good at untangling wigs... this one is impossible. At the point the wig isn’t useable and I’m very disappointed because I needed it for a costume may 1st. I was genuinely excited about trying and epic cosplay wig as I’ve heard nothing but good things. I won’t be trusting it again.”
