“The wig was much shorter and yellower than shown in the picture. For this reason I think the pictures are a little misleading. When it arrived, the wig honestly looked like the "natural blonde" color it's also sold in instead of the strawberry blonde I thought it would be based on the picture.”
We are sorry to hear this. Talking about colors, we have made every effort to ensure our colors are as accurate and representative as possible. However, please always keep in mind that different lights, different backgrounds, computer monitors (even phones and iPads) are all calibrated differently and have different settings that may alter the colors. Plus different people may feel differently when facing the same color. To ensure color accuracy, most of our colors have a sample swatch that you can purchase.
