“I wrote my comments about the wig in the comment box about the company. I did not realize there were separate boxes for the comments. So if you read my comments about the company you would see that I cannot salvage the wig you sent us. It is matted beyond repair. We have already spent hours on it. I don’t know how wigs should be shipped but I was really disappointed to see that there were no efforts to protect the wig from getting tangled while shipped. My teen spent their birthday money on this wig and has cried many tears of frustration and disappointment.”
