We are so sorry about the confusion and wanted make sure youâd received our email reply from last week. You may have to check your junk/spam folder, and if you have strict settings through your email, it is possible that it was blocked. Did you also receive the tracking email for the order?
We reached out on Friday to let you know that the package was being âReturned to Senderâ because of the way your address was provided. Please let us know how you would like us to reship the package (if we should remove the note you provided in the address field), since it seems that may have been the issue that UPS had. We are happy to reship the order as soon as we have the new address information :)
Here is the message from tracking:
The post office was unable to deliver the UPS SurePostÂŽ package as addressed and returned it to the sender.
