“Your product is pictured with a lanyard for carrying on the trail and elsewhere. That was a major decision in the purchase of this product. I wrote to you asking about this TWICEA. No one has bothered to respond! If you don’t respond to little details, why would I bother to purchase a larger quantity of product. FYI - I did try it and didn’t really notice much of a difference between your product and my regular choice. Prove me wrong!”
“I started using your products a couple of years ago. The first time that I used the shampoo I followed the directions and let the lather soak in for a half an hour before rinsing.
