Zinc Paste for Scratches Reviews

4.6 Rating 324 Reviews
I have used a number of the Equiderma products this past summer and now into winter. I have purchased several things that I ran out of: Shampoo, and Lotion. The Zinc Oxide Paste is also a winner. Pleased with the products and will continue to purchase!

The other times I have ordered this product I loved it, it was white in color n very creamy. The new shipment the Zinc Oxide is Blue n color n thicker texture. It is hard to apply n cakes, then it falls off from my Horses Pastern.

I have been battling a case of scratches since this past summer. It is now November and nothing was working, including my previous methods and a veterinarian prescribed ointment. The Zinc Oxide Paste has taken care of the problem in one application! The scabs have fallen off! I am impressed. Yes, I will purchase this product again. Many thanks!!

I haven't been able to try all of them yet - wrong time of year but what I have tired I really like. The zinc paste, which I tired first then purchased the rest, is the only sun protection my paint will allow on his face without a fight. it also works great on my mares scratches especially when combined with the neem shampoo. great stuff.

I bought a an Equiderma kit containing shampoo, lotion and zinc oxide for my horse who is suffering from photo activated vasculitis. The first kit arrived and I saw a small improvement while using the products. I reordered another kit. When the second order came in the zinc oxide looked nothing like it did in the first kit. Both the color and texture were completely different from the first kit. Looks like a lack of quality control. I took photos of the to side by side to show the company and ask for an explanation. I called the company twice and reachef a voice mail twice. I left 2 messages for them to call me about the products, but they never called back. I think it's great that the owner is concerned about horse rescue and is donating a portion of sales for that cause. But they need to remember that first you have to provide good customer service or your customers will purchase products elsewhere.
