Did you receive our email reply that we were resending the whole order? UPS unfortunately damaged your first order, pulled out our packing material, re-taped the box and sent the package on, so your experience was truly out of the norm and we sincerely apologize! We close our office and warehouse over the weekends which was why your weekend calls were not answered, in the meanwhile, we have packed up your new shipment and this new package will arrive soon.
