“It’s very hard to shampoo an animal with no lather. I poured on lots and no lather, very liquidity needs to be thicker. There was nothing about this product that I liked. Would love a full refund but I threw it in the trash instead of returning it risking it leaking all over in the mail. I used the ointment on my horses bite marks, no noticeable difference after 2 weeks, not impressed. Same thing would like to have returned it for a refund .”
