Ergox issued shipping tracking advice on 23/04/2020 after payment had cleared with Status Dispatched, 13:22 hours.

My Delivery was expected between 28/04/2020 and 01/05/2020 and it's on its way.
Most recent update shows the item has not moved from where it was originally dispatched to in Seaford Victoria 24/04/2020 at 09:37.
I appreciate the delays in processing online transactions during the restrictions in place for Covid-19 but this is an unacceptable delay and would have been delivered quicker if placed on road/rail.
Unfortunately for Ergox, your service provider Australia Post has delivered appalling service, but I'm not a customer of Australia Post so Ergox will get the Very Poor Rating.
I guess now I have to hope the goods will arrive sometime soon and will perform as required.”
