“Not a good arm for the price being paid. Tilting the monitor is extremely difficult and the piece that controls how difficult it is to tilt is manufacturer locked. Just terrible design, the arm is very hard to move and tilting the monitor is so difficult I feel like I might damage the monitor every time I tilt it.”
“It's a fantastic piece of equipment and does exactly what you want, very solid and sturdy. My only feedback would be to create a different tension method for the pitch axis arm that mounts the back of the monitor. It takes an extreme amount of force to tighten it to a point where it won't pitch down un-commanded due to the weight. It's manageable, but could be better. Otherwise, exceptional quality and great price.”
