We were not satisfied with that voice-over either so we are going to post a newly updated course that will include a different voice-over within the week.
Granted, if you have already completed the course, this doesn't change the user experience you had; but I am writing to let you know that we are on the same page when it comes to the quality of that voice-over we currently have.
