I have discussed with your employer over the phone because they purchased the wrong course and we replaced those electrical safety courses with the powerline safety which is what your employer should have purchased.
If you don't mind, I will kindly ask you to edit your review because it does not reflect the quality of our services as the employer purchase a course that was not relevant to your line of work.
“I think additional safety measures could have been expanded upon to improve understanding of the hazards. Example expanded lockout requirements and introducing Arc flash hazards.
Overall a good course but a little additional detail may improve the awareness of safely working around electricity”

We actually have a lockout and tagout course but from a legislation/safety training point of view, it doesn't go together with the ESA.
These 2 topics are separated courses with different certificates.
