My assumption is that someone has informed you incorrectly about your FP Training so if you need any assistance, feel free to reach us via email or phone support and we will assist you.
FP can be done online in Alberta but yes, wallet cards do not have a transferable status between companies that's why you should order the wallet card only once you are employed.
