Can you please contact us and let us know what seems to be the problem?
The company you are working for has been using our courses for quite a large number of workers so we would like to know what exactly seems to be the issue.
“Very interesting course. Lots of info and reference numbers to comprehend. The quizzes were good and some of the questions were challenging to recall. As a suggestion for learning purposes, it would be beneficial during the quizzes that the person is automatically brought back to the section in the module where he/she answered the question incorrectly before moving onto the next question.

We are, in fact, already working for over a month on a solution to implement what you described above and it will come in an update planned for next month.
“I chose this course because they claimed it was âfunâ, âinteractiveâ, âeasy to remember the informationâ etc. And that it only takes 2 hours. I did not find this to be true. I tried to go quickly and it still took 3 hours. The information was incredibly dry, read by a robotic voice, and was not fun or interactive at all. I know TDG is usually dry, but donât make false claims if you canât deliver! Just be honest: itâs boring, but you need it for your job so just suffer through... it was cheap, thatâs a plus!”
Fair point, Ben. TDG covers a lot of rules and regulations so very few people can describe it as "fun" but on the "interactive" part, all of our courses are interactive.
This is the definition of interactive: allowing a two-way flow of information between a computer and a computer-user; responding to a userâs input.
As far as the course length goes, the average duration it takes our customers to complete a TDG course is 3h. You might have probably looked at some other courses that take less time to complete but the TDG course is advertised as 3h duration.
Anyway, it is not our intention for you to have a bad experience using our services.

Please note that you do have the option to mute the voice over if you wish to take the training without someone narrating the content.
There is a volume icon on the presentation, from where you can turn off the voice over.
