Thanks so much for your product review, I'm sorry to hear your feedback regarding the Charcoal Mask.
This isn't something we've heard before, so it is such a shame! The Charcoal Mask is a clay drying Mask, however it will depend on how thick it's applied to the amount of time it takes to dry. Perhaps you could try applying it a little thinner next time round, allowing it to become dry.
We also dont formulate products to leave the skin 'dry' as this indicates the skin's barrier has been unbalanced which we find contributes to many skin concerns. This is a gentle mask which is suitable for all skin types, including dry and impaired.
Perhaps if you were looking for something more on the active side, the Charcoal Serum might be a better option for you next time. This is an AHA exfoliant which helps to draw impurities to improve overall skin texture, you should notice smoother, softer skin within the first few uses.
